BREAKING: Mark floors Onjeh again as Appeal Court strikes out case

The Court of appeal sitting in Makurdi, the Benue State capita,l has threw out a petition brought before it by Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress over the outcome of Benue South rerun, where he is seeking his declaration as the winner of the rerun.
The court in its judgment on Friday upheld the tribunal’s judgment which earlier upheld Mark’s election.
